It is known that IGF-1 exists in the body in multiple isoforms. The isoform that seems most useful to us, differs slightly from that which is produced in the liver (IGF-1Ea). It also appears to be the significantly more anabolic of the two we're looking at here (i.e. that which is produced in the liver vs. that which is produced in the muscle). This is because it is hyper-sensitive to the signals produced by local muscular damage induced by resistance training. This more anabolic isoform of IGF-1 is called "IGF-1Ec" or mechano growth factor (MGF).
That's right, MGF, the mysterious hormone is actually just another variant of IGF-1. If you've used IGF-1 or even GH, then technically, you've already been taking advantage of MGF. In fact, if you work out with weights, you've been producing your own MGF - as this particular isoform of IGF-1 is only detected in normal muscle after mechanical stimulation (such as resistance training). Remember, MGF is just a name for the particular type of IGF-1 which is produced locally in the muscle as part of the anabolic repair response to resistance training.
Assuming a 4 day per week workout schedule on M-T and Th-F:
Day 1: 150mg PEG-MGF 1-2 hours before lifting
Day 2: 10mcg-20mcg LR3 IGF-1 PWO
Day 3: None
Day 4: 10mcg-20mcg LR3 IGF-1 Before Breakfast
Day 5: 150mg PEG-MGF 1-2 hours before lifting
Day 6: 10mcg-20mcg LR3 IGF-1
Day 7: None
Recent studies show how Human Growth Hormones - HGH - therapy can have marked effects in slowing the aging process by assisting your body to increase your HGH level. Now you really can fight the effects of aging , feel better and look younger too. Without HGH benefits, from hgh therapy treatment, hgh hormone levels decline with age, sometimes referred to as somatopause, which is directly associated with many symptoms of aging, including wrinkling, gray hair, decreased energy and sexual function, increased body fat, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and much more, thus requiring hgh therapy treatment.
